My sheep pillow

Love by Nord design. The sheep pillow is my favorite. The only thing is, that it does not look like at faroese sheep. So I made my own faroese sheep pillow with at little bit of yellow ;-)

Knitted sweater for a boy

I have been knitting alot over the years. This is one sweater I knitted for my youngest son, when he was 5 years old. When I knit for children, I always try to knit the sleeves without any patterns, because the children are not so happy getting there fingers stuck in the yarn.
The yarn I have knitted this sweater with, is called Unique and it is 100% wool from Shetland.

Out running again

Every winter I stop running. When it  gets cold and windy, I am more comfortable sitting inside knitting with a cup of hot chocolate ;-) I am looking forward running again, and this weekend it is going to be. The picture shows my fixed route.
Have a nice weekend everyone :-)

Pink plexiglas table

My lovely table for the sofa. Have seen it many shapes and without color. But I wanted it in pink ;-)

School sweater

One of my favorite hobby's KNITTING, knitting is the first thing I'll blog about. My grandmother taught me to knit when I was about 5 years old. It is a tradition to teach all the girls to knit at a very young age here on the Faroe Island and it is also an old tradition here on the Faroe Islands, that when you go to school for the first time, you are in a knitted sweater. Here is a sweater I made for my youngest son Aron, who started in school the summer of 2011. I don't have any recipe for the sweater, because I just improvise as I go along. Hopefully you can get some inspiration.
